How to invite new users to manage your Smilii products, services, or account
Inviting new users to manage your Smilii account is super simple.

- Login to My Smilii with your administrator privileges account
- From the top right, click your profile picture
- From the menu that appears, under "Welcome back, [name]", click Account Details
- Choose User Management
- Click Invite New User
- Enter the user's email address (the person you want to invite) — if they already have an account with Smilii, enter their registered Smilii email address
- Default is All Permissions which grants invited users complete access and control over your whole account.
Warning! This will give the invited user access to your saved payment methods, billing, tickets, the ability to cancel/upgrade services, and everything else that you can do yourself - Recommended: Choose Permissions to granularly define what the user can view and manage
- Each permission has an explanation so you can understand what they'll have access to

- Default is All Permissions which grants invited users complete access and control over your whole account.
- Send Invite to invite the user. They'll receive an email with instructions on how to access your acount.
